Using the Live Cameras During the Summer Hiking Season
As the summer hiking season begins, more visitors are using the Northern Alps live cameras.
When planning a hike or a visit to a mountain hut, you can check not only the latest images, but also archived images from the same period in past seasons.
Even on clear days, clouds can build quickly around ridgelines and valleys, and visibility may change in a short time. Please use the camera images together with weather forecasts, mountain hut updates, and trail information when making your plans.
